At PAINT PALS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@paintpalspro.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@paintpalspro.com with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
